- Access & License: By purchasing a membership you are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to view the content for personal or internal business use. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
- User Conduct: You agree not to attempt to download, rip, or bypass any security features on the hosting platform.
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever is limited to the amount paid by you for the video series. We are not responsible for any technical issues on your end or lost business revenue.
Refund Policy
- The 7-Day “Results” Guarantee: We want you to see immediate value. If you are not satisfied with the 7-part video series, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date. Because this is a high-impact, 60-minute program, this 7-day window provides ample time to view the entire series and determine its fit for your needs.
- Fair Use & Access Tracking: To protect our intellectual property and prevent “content scraping,” we monitor engagement levels. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if:
- The request is made after the 7-day window has expired.
- The user has downloaded all accompanying proprietary resources (PDFs/Checklists) prior to the refund request.
- The user has a history of “serial refunding” across our other digital products.
- No-Hassle Process: To request a refund, simply email info@startwebsmart.com within the 7-day period. No explanation is required, though we appreciate any feedback that helps us improve the experience for future students.
- Finality of Refund: Once a refund is processed, your access to the video portal and all digital materials will be immediately revoked. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
